  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, vegetable oil, and egg; stir until just combined.
  3. Heat cream cheese and melted vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until warm. Whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Pour ½ cup batter onto the skillet and pipe in the cinnamon filling using the ziplock bag.
  5. Cook until bubbles form; flip to finish cooking.
