  • 1 cup powdered sugar (or sugar-free alternative)
  • 5 medium-sized strawberries
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste


Instructions

  1. Bring cream cheese or coconut cream to room temperature. If using coconut cream, ensure it’s thick and creamy.
  2. Remove stems from strawberries and puree them in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients: cream cheese/coconut cream, yogurt, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and optional vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth.
