  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil on the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and slightly browned.
  4. While roasting, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and optional red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
