  • 2 lbs frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in diced chicken and half of the crumbled bacon (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Arrange tater tots in a single layer in the baking dish.
  5. Spread the creamy chicken mixture evenly over the tater tots.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, then add remaining bacon.
