  • 3 cups rice (steamed and kept warm)
  • 1 head broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 5 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Fresh lime juice


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed salmon and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Pour in coconut aminos, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and additional sriracha. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  4. Steam broccoli florets until bright green and tender (about 4-5 minutes).
  5. Assemble bowls by placing warm rice at the base, topping with seared salmon, steamed broccoli, sliced avocado, and drizzle with prepared sauce.
