Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create the Big Mac sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in a dry skillet.
  4. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce onto each tortilla and layer with shredded lettuce, cheese slices, cooked beef mixture, diced onions, and pickles. Roll tightly like a burrito.
  5. For added crunch, toast wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a skillet for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
