Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of paprika
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create the Big Mac sauce.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or in a dry skillet.
- Spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce onto each tortilla and layer with shredded lettuce, cheese slices, cooked beef mixture, diced onions, and pickles. Roll tightly like a burrito.
- For added crunch, toast wrapped tortillas seam-side down in a skillet for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
