  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 85 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 g cream cheese, softened
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 240 g caramel sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder until well mixed. Stir in eggs and vanilla until the batter is smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared springform pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set. Allow cooling completely.
  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
