  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken until evenly coated.
  3. Lay out tortillas and distribute the chicken mixture down the center of each.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling.
  6. Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook wraps seam side down for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm.
