  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices cooked turkey bacon (or chicken bacon)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until fully cooked (6-7 minutes each side). Let cool slightly.
  3. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with ranch dressing in a bowl.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with shredded chicken mixture, turkey bacon slices, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Top with the other bun halves. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
