  • 16 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ small yellow onion (sliced)
  • ½ large carrot (julienned)
  • 4 ounces napa cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil


Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the sliced chicken by mixing it with water, salt, baking soda, cornstarch, and oil in a bowl. Allow it to sit while preparing other ingredients.
  2. 2. Boil water in a pot and cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, onion, carrot, and napa cabbage; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add marinated chicken to the wok and stir-fry until fully cooked.
