  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp pepper
  • 1.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the beef broth and tomato sauce; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add orzo pasta and cook on low heat until tender.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
