Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
