Description

Cracked Garlic Steak Tortellini in Creamhouse Sauce Bliss is an irresistible blend of comfort and flavor, making it the perfect dish for busy weeknights or intimate dinners. This creamy pasta recipe features tender steak paired with luscious cheese tortellini, all enveloped in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • parsley, chopped
  • red pepper flakes
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear until browned on both sides (about 3-5 minutes). Remove the steak and slice it.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; let simmer until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes).
  4. Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return sliced steak and cooked tortellini to the skillet; toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve garnished with parsley, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
