- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, shredded

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear until browned on both sides (about 3-5 minutes). Remove the steak and slice it.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; let simmer until slightly thickened (3-4 minutes).
- Gradually whisk in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return sliced steak and cooked tortellini to the skillet; toss gently to combine.
- Serve garnished with parsley, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
