- 12 oz dried penne or rigatoni pasta
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned (about 8 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Lower heat to medium; add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 3 minutes).

- Add pasta, beef broth, and cream; stir to combine.
- Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan; cook for an additional 2 minutes until spinach wilts.
