- 3/4 cup diced pickles
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese cubes

- 3 tbsp fresh dill
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 4 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cools, dice the pickles, cheddar cheese, and red onion; chop the fresh dill.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with diced pickles, cheese cubes, red onion, and dill. Pour the dressing over and mix well.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
