  • ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 8 egg roll wrappers or pie dough rounds
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Oil for frying (about 4 cups)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions
