  • 1.5 lb salmon (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup chili sauce
  • 3 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Chives (finely chopped into 1/8-inch pieces)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed salmon, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside some sauce for drizzling.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange seasoned salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Transfer cooked salmon back to the mixing bowl with the bang bang sauce and toss to coat.
  5. Serve warm garnished with chopped chives and extra sauce on top.
