Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by pulsing the biscuits into fine crumbs, mixing with melted butter, and pressing into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Make the crumble topping by combining flour and sugar, then mixing in melted butter until crumbly.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar gradually, followed by sour cream mixture and eggs one at a time.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with crumble.
