- Mix in 2 tablespoons of olive oil until fully incorporated.
- Choose your proofing method: quick proof for 1.5 to 2 hours at room temperature or slow proof in the fridge for 8 to 24 hours.
- After proofing, fold the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a greased baking pan.
- Let it rise again for about 45 minutes while preheating your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Create dimples in the dough using fingers dipped in an olive oil-water mixture and sprinkle your chosen toppings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
