- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley to the bowl. Gently toss again until well combined.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden at the edges.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for added zest.
