Description

Enjoy crispy and savory Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp in just 20 minutes! Perfect as an appetizer or main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley to the bowl. Gently toss again until well combined.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden at the edges.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for added zest.
