  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 lb rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener
  • 6 tbsp butter


Instructions

  3. In another bowl, toss sliced rhubarb with powdered sweetener and glucomannan. Spread evenly in a baking dish.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
