  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley


Instructions

  2. Butterfly and pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¼ inch.
