Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • Sugar-free maple syrup (to taste)
  • 6 graham crackers (or crumbs)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh fruit for topping
  • Jam for topping


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, protein powder, and sugar-free maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottoms of jar containers.
  3. Spoon cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar and smooth the top.
