- 500 ml low-sodium beef broth
- 150 ml fat-free milk
- 250 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 100 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp mustard powder
