  • 0.75 tsp oregano
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.75 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.33 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup olives
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 3.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.75 tsp oregano
  • 0.33 tsp salt
  • 0.33 cup feta cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the rice by combining it with water, butter, and salt in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed.
  2. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, spices for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Sauté marinated chicken in a skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
