  • 1 large head romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups rustic bread (torn into pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons old bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss torn bread with olive oil and seasonings in a mixing bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Prepare your grill or grill pan. In another bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil and seasonings. Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, tossing gently. Top with grilled shrimp, croutons, and freshly cracked black pepper.
