  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries (225 grams), chopped
  • 15-20 Golden Oreo cookies, roughly crumbled
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar (50 grams)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (45 grams), melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients and milk until just combined. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with crumbled Golden Oreos mixed with brown sugar and melted butter.
