  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 8 oz thinly sliced turkey
  • 8 oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with Italian dressing and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture over it.
  3. Layer with turkey slices, provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, and baby spinach evenly.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to form a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
  5. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Unwrap and slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels before serving.
