  • 1 cup alcohol-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  5. Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
