  • lb chicken breast
  • 2 lb red potatoes
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 6 garlic cloves (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp cracked pepper
  • ½ – ¾ tsp sea salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and grated parmesan in a bowl. Spread on one-third of a lined sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt.
  5. Add the coated chicken pieces alongside the potatoes on the pan after 15 minutes of baking.
  6. Toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; spread them across the remaining space on the pan.
  7. Bake everything together for an additional 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
