  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Create three stations: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of parmesan and panko.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat in the parmesan-panko mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the pan briefly to warm through before serving drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley.
