- 1 lb ground beef

- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar + sugar (as a mirin substitute)
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- Cook Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions; rinse under cold water and set aside.
