Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and vinegar together. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
