Ingredients
- 7 ounces vegan marshmallow creme
- 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
- 5 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars (1.55 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust (10-inch)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup pure cane sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cane sugar. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, and baking powder until a sticky dough forms. Mix in vanilla extract.
- In the prepared graham cracker crust, layer half of the mini marshmallows, followed by half of the marshmallow creme and broken chocolate bars.
- Top with remaining mini marshmallows and marshmallow creme.
