  • 7 ounces vegan marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 Hershey’s milk chocolate bars (1.55 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (10-inch)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup pure cane sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and cane sugar. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, graham cracker crumbs, and baking powder until a sticky dough forms. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In the prepared graham cracker crust, layer half of the mini marshmallows, followed by half of the marshmallow creme and broken chocolate bars.
  5. Top with remaining mini marshmallows and marshmallow creme.
  6. Crumble reserved dough over the top and sprinkle with milk chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and set. Cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
