  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add minced garlic and diced jalapeños; cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken breasts and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Mix in softened cream cheese until fully incorporated.
