  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken into thin strips for quicker cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken strips to the marinade; toss well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble wraps by adding mayonnaise (if desired), followed by vegetables and cooked chicken.
  7. Roll tightly and serve with lime wedges.
