  • 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 block firm tofu (or chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Oil spray for air frying


Instructions

  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft.
  2. Transfer the softened sheet to a damp surface.
  3. Add a layer of vermicelli noodles, followed by carrots, cabbage, and diced tofu or chicken.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Lightly spray each roll with oil.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Arrange rolls seam-side down in a single layer; avoid overcrowding.
  8. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
