Ingredients
- 8 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 block firm tofu (or chicken)
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until soft.
- Transfer the softened sheet to a damp surface.
- Add a layer of vermicelli noodles, followed by carrots, cabbage, and diced tofu or chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Lightly spray each roll with oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange rolls seam-side down in a single layer; avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
