  • 18 pineapple chunks (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, pepper, toasted sesame oil, and grated ginger.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade; toss gently to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Thread alternating pineapple chunks and shrimp onto skewers.
